Celebrating St.Patrick’s Day in SWFL!

Sláinte! or for the non-Irish, Cheers! If you’re looking to celebrate St.Patrick’s Day and maybe drink a green beer (or two!) We’ve put together a few locations that are sure to offer a great time!

The Fort Myers Beach St.Patrick’s Day parade will be held on Thursday, March 17th at 10:00 AM starting out at Santini Marina Plaza North located on Estero blvd, ending at The Church of Ascension. The parade will include live bands, floats and color guards!

For those of you on the other end of town, Why not check out the Downtown Fort Myers St. Patty’s Day Block Party, it is a free event on Thursday March 17th starting at 6 pm. Go enjoy the Irish music- including live band performances, Guinness Beer Sampling, games and prizes!

More green beer and Irish food! Will be available at The Shell Factory and Nature Park in North Fort Myers where they will be celebrating  St. Patrick’s Day in the Dolphin room between 1- 4 PM on Thursday, March 17th.

Over in Punta Gorda, Fishermen’s Village is also hosting their own St. Patrick’s Day Celebration beginning at 11 AM and going on until 8 PM. It’s an all day, fun-filled celebration with live music, food vendors and a performance by the Lee County Pipes and Drums at 5:30 PM. 

Maybe you’re looking for something different than a pub crawl or block party… then the Floridian Star St. Patrick’s Day Cruise is where you should be! This cruise departs from Tarpon Point Marina in Cape Coral at 5:30 PM. There will be an assortment of Irish food and appetizers, green beer, a cash bar and DJ entertainment. Don’t forget to wear your Irish green (the dress code of the night) The cost is $69.95/adult and $59.95/children.
