IN THE THEATRE LOBBY: BARBARA FEWSTER

Barbara Ann Fewster, originally from Ohio, was a local artist, philanthropist, and life long arts lover. In the 70’s Barbara was instrumental in the founding of the first and largest Ronald McDonald House and she continued to be involved in the RMHC of SW Florida throughout her life. Alongside her involvement with RMHC, Barbara and her husband enjoyed being members at Cypress Lake Country Club in Fort Myers. A member at the Alliance for 15 years, Barbara was an active part of the art community of Fort Myers. A selection of her work was displayed at the Alliance in 2011. Barbara explored different artistic mediums and styles throughout her life, from drawing to watercolor, realistic portraits to abstract pieces.
