The Perfect Girl’s Day Out!

Women are always running around, working, taking care of the children, going to school- It’s non-stop! So when you’ve had enough and need a “mental health day/sick day” take the day off and plan a Girl’s Day Out. Here’s the ultimate Girl’s Day Out Guide, if you live in SWFL!

The first step in releasing stress is working out! Make sure to start the day off right and hit the gym at Smash Fitness. They have two convenient locations in Bonita Springs and in Gateway. Personal training available. They offer Zumba classes and even childcare at the Gateway location. Go see them and take advantage of the Free Day Pass! 

After the gym why not really, truly relax… Visit Contour Body Works Day Spa, this is the prefect place to enjoy all type of spa services. They offer a variety of massages from Deep Tissue to Swedish Massage, as well as skin care services like facials, microdermabrasion, body wraps and even a “lunch time” facelift! After the massages and facials why not pamper yourself with a new haircut/hair style. If so, head over to Studio.rk, they are known to be one of the best salons in the Fort myers area. They offer services ranging from hair cuts, to coloring, perms, extensions and much more!

Now that we’re looking good, it’s time for some shopping!!! Two of my favorite boutiques are located right here in Fort Myers! They offer extremely cute and unique pieces at affordable prices. One boutique being Francesca’s located at the Bell Tower Shops, offers women’s clothing, jewelry, shoes and home decor! They always have great sales and promotions! I can never leave without buying at least 3 jewelry items!

The second boutique is located at the Gulf Coast Town Center. It’s called Forema Boutique, much like other boutiques they offer very unique pieces.They items vary from dresses and perfect shorts for these hot Florida days to cute tops and accessories. 

Last but definitely not least, the perfect way to end the day– with dinner and drinks at Fancy’s Southern Cafe. Their great dinner menu, includes salads, soups and amazing appetizers along with a full bar. They also offer a variety of craft beer on tap. OH and lets not forget their bottomless mimosa specials of $15.00 during the weekend!
